How long does each case take?
Designing takes as long as a guest wants, usually a minute or two on their own phone. Printing takes a few minutes, and the case drops into the collect port ready to use.
Which phones does it work with?
We print for 32 models across iPhone, Samsung and Google Pixel, in two case finishes. The full list is on the how it works page.
Can the machine carry our branding?
Yes. The screen, the design templates and the side panels can carry your event or brand artwork. The Instant Cases wordmark stays on the header.
Does it work outdoors?
Under cover, yes. The machine needs a level spot out of the rain and direct sun, a standard power point and mobile reception or wifi.
What happens to the photos?
Guests upload from their own phones. Photos are used to print the case and are not shared with the event or anyone else.
How far ahead should we book?
The earlier the better, especially for weekends and school holidays. Send your dates and we will confirm availability straight away.
